The information in this section might include, but not be limited to:
- "Quick Wins" which could be accomplished quickly, and make a huge impact,
with little investment.
- Specific tasks to accomplish Objectives
- Draw users into the text with short paragraphs, and plenty of white space.
- Respect the user's preferences and let them resize text as needed. Also, specify font sizes in
relative terms -- not as an absolute number of pixels.
- There is a logo on your site, but having it stretched out for different screen resolutions is
something which is easily fixed. Different sizes could be created, or maybe it's your desire to
have a new identity created.
- Coming up with a consistent look and feel for your site. The pages that feature profiles of fellow
craft people, are different color, but why?

One of the simplest ways to improve product pages is to show better photographs. This may or
may not be something you have control over.
- Standard sizing of photographs will make placing content on the site less problematic, and
allow you to take better advantage of templates, which speed up site development.
- Several additional photos that show different angles and close-up details. Link to photos that
are as close to full-screen enlargements as possible.
- Make the differences blatantly obvious on your site.
- Even the basics could be done for minimal expense. For example, meaningful page titles that
actually explain the page's content.
- Instead of saying "Boutique" customers should be able to quickly decide what it is they're
looking for with categories such as "Body Care" and "Jewelry". As there is no reason why
jewelry would NOT be sold in a boutique. This proves to be a better shopping experience.
- The links for sign-in and registering (or account info) are on opposite sides of the screen.
These could be placed into one area. But the question should be posed, are they really needed
at all? UPS and Google already provide methods for customers to check status of their orders.
