This proposal is simply a quick review of the most obvious areas
where your online presence could be improved.

Content within the store is organized alphabetically by categories. But what is the difference
between Boutique and Jewelry?
- Instead of saying "Boutique" customers should be able to quickly decide what it is they're
looking for with categories such as "Body Care" and "Jewelry". As there is no reason why
jewelry would NOT be sold in a boutique. This proves to be a better shopping experience.
- The links for sign-in and registering (or account info) are on opposite sides of the screen.
These could be placed into one area. But the question should be posed, are they really needed
at all? UPS and Google already provide methods for customers to check status of their orders.
- Designing product pages according to user needs is a highly targeted way to encourage sales.

You have established an online presence with blogs, forums, and a store. However, they look
completely different from each other, and could have a more consistent look among all your
products.
- There is a logo on your site, but having it stretched out for different screen resolutions is
something which is easily fixed. Different sizes could be created, or maybe it's your desire to
have a new identity created.
- Coming up with a consistent look and feel for your site. The pages that feature profiles of fellow
craft people, are different color, but why?

Customers see links to all the product offerings in the store, but there is one large image map to
access it. This means, all customers are redirected to the top of your store, and must navigate
their way to the item they wanted.
